As Deputy Secretary, Infrastructure and Place at Transport for New South Wales, Camilla is responsible for planning, developing and delivering a once-in-a-generation infrastructure and place-
making program that also capitalises on commercial opportunities to help develop liveable, vibrant places for the community.
Transport’s infrastructure pipeline is the largest in the country and is helping power Australia’s economy, creating thousands of jobs and enabling NSW to recover from the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic.
A Civil Engineer, Camilla has over 25 years’ experience in the development, delivery, structuring and financing of transport and other large infrastructure and property development projects.
Since joining the NSW Government in 2017, Camilla has held several roles in Transport, including managing the development, delivery, and operations of Sydney’s Motorway network. She also led the Commercial, Performance and Strategy branch to deliver best practice commercial and project management of infrastructure delivery, place making, property management, acquisition and divestment.
Prior to joining Government, Camilla led the development of some of the largest Public Private Partnerships in Australia and New Zealand.
